The creamery has 120 flavors of homemade ice cream, along with milk, brown eggs, cheese, and beef. They milk 130 Holstein and Jersey dairy cows, have a Black Angus beef herd, and raise 600 acres of corn, soybeans, wheat and hay to feed their animals.

Each year a beautiful 2 acre sunflower field is planted and flowers are available for sale in late summer and early fall, with 100% of collected funds donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
